Professional Services Manager
UpGuard
• Lead hands-on implementation projects that span vendor risk, external attack surface discovery, and human risk monitoring • Architect and implement AI-powered Risk Automations that connect UpGuard to customer APIs (SIEM, ITSM, GRC) to automate discovery and remediation • Lead discovery workshops to extract and document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that unify supply chain, workforce, and digital asset risks • Use the NIST CSF to benchmark customer maturity and execute technical roadmaps that move customers from 'Reactive' to 'Continuous' risk management • Manage a team of 'Hands-on-Keyboard' consultants, ensuring high billable utilization (70-80%) and high-quality project delivery
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in PS or Technical Consulting in Cybersecurity (specifically ASM, GRC, or SOC environments)
- Deep practical experience with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001, and Supply Chain Risk standards
- Strong understanding of API-driven automation, Webhooks, and digital footprint discovery
- Experience managing a billable technical team in a fast-paced SaaS environment
