Web Analytics and Optimization Manager
Cable ONE
• Develop and implement web analytics strategies to track key metrics and KPIs • Analyze website traffic and user engagement data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Media team based on data analysis. • Collaborate with stakeholders to create customized reports and dashboards. • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize website and marketing performance. • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in web analytics. • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Looker and other relevant platforms effectively. • Identify opportunities for improvement in website usability and conversion rate optimization. • Work closely with the UX/UI, Media and Web Development teams to ensure accurate tracking and data integration. • Present findings and recommendations to senior management. • Implement tagging strategies to track full funnel marketing campaigns accurately. • Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions. • Implement data visualization techniques to convey insights effectively.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in DTC analytics or agency consulting, preferably within the telecommunications, mobile or fiber to the home industries
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Databricks, Power BI, Funnel.io and other web analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
