• Implement process improvements and risk mitigation strategies across the supply base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, key partners, and stakeholders. • Influence decision-making through quality assurance, aligning efforts with customer priorities and mission success. • Interpret and communicate purchase order technical & quality requirements to ensure supplier and subcontractor compliance. • Ensure product requirements are properly flowed down and adhered to by internal teams and sub-tier suppliers. • Assess suppliers throughout supplier engagements related to quality, capability, capacity, opportunity and risk. • Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis. • Manage supplier requests for product and process changes. • Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders. • Identify and resolve supplier risks and systemic issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, lean methodologies, and other analytical tools. • Collaborate across multiple functions and Cross Business Teams (CBTs) to ensure rapid issue resolution. • Oversee First Article Verification, Source Inspection, and supplier assessments, audits, and reviews. • Resolve supplier risks and ensure compliance with program objectives.

• Execute CSA and validation activities in accordance with SDLC procedures and quality expectations • Assist in preparation of validation plans, functional risk assessments, and traceability matrices • Support review of validation/testing documentation and change control artifacts • Contribute to validation summary reporting and lifecycle compliance deliverables • Support change control, configuration management, and release activities • Collaborate with Digital Quality, System Owners, and Business stakeholders throughout execution

• Improve the quality and reliability of our AI moderation systems; • Work with large-scale user-generated content; • Optimize LLM prompts used for automated moderation of photos, profiles, and conversations;

• Ensure prompt ticket follow up and action for L2 issues, ensuring active work toward resolution while time counting and prompt response to stop clock when need input or action from client; ensure clear info in all tickets and knowledge base update after ticket closure. • Use your data analytics skills to analyze the automated business processes of our clients and identify and eliminate potential “troublemakers” before they become problems • Technically extend, improve, and customize automation solutions while maintaining close and regular contact with our clients • Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to address complex technical challenges. • Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing automations to ensure optimal performance. • Coordinate operations and maintenance activities for large client accounts • Test and optimize the software design, code, and reusability of our automation artifacts • Apply and further develop best practices for developing automation solutions • Provide clear and concise communication to end-users and stakeholders regarding issue resolutions and maintenance schedules • Consult, Provide expertise, guidance, and participation during the Onboarding and Service Transition of clients
