Job Description

Senior Solution Architect

EVERSANA

• Architect and Design technical end-to-end solutions across a broad range of legacy and modern technologies based on the business needs for Direct to Patient Solutions, End-to-End Client Solutions, and Product Solutions for Patient Services. • Have a product focused intent which will include defining, measuring, standardizing, and reporting KPIs for Patient Services digital solutions. • Collaborate directly with Clients on their roadmaps related to prescription management, digital communications, prescription trackers, order management, affordability services, and inventory tracking among other areas. • Continually keep up to date within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry on next best solution options to meet patient, provider, pharmacy, and client needs. • Prioritize Client roadmap items against Eversana roadmap for product. • Develop architecture standards, templates, and principles. • Map Solution Design to Enterprise Architecture standards and reference architectures/ Collaborate with all necessary Business and IT roles to gather needed input to derive and document an agreed upon solutions. • Maintain a repository of reusable product and client custom designs that is linked to associated requirement process flows and user stories. • Execute Enterprise Architecture activities such as classifying assets, exercising vendor/software selection processes, gathering input for EA Review Board, developing standard organizational processes and best practices, and creating roadmaps. • Develop high level and detailed level designs for Eversana Client and Product that can be utilized for Eversana client solutions across business, application, data and technical architecture. • Ensure build and delivery is not started until design reviews are completed and be available to ensure full alignment between build and design. • Estimate project delivery hours, costs, and timelines based on requirements and designs produced. • Be able to work independently on a project but also collaborate with other solution architects and stakeholders to exchange information and expand overall knowledge in the practice at Eversana. • Manage time expeditiously in a fast paced, growing, and continuously changing environment. • Be able to focus on delivery regardless of environmental distractions. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • Strong prior IT background as a developer, technical analyst and/or administrator
  • Experience in designing solutions for Health Care and/or Life Sciences businesses
  • 10-12 years software and enterprise architecture experience
  • Experiencing designing APIs, Data Sources, and Enterprise Applications
  • Composable design and architecture skills
  • Broad range of experience in various SAAS and Cloud based technologies
  • Strong understanding of agile and waterfall project delivery methods
  • Salesforce and Mulesoft Architecture experience strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of TOGAF
  • Business architecture experience
