The Role The HR Services Delivery Center Leader (Americas) is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and continuous transformation of the HR Services Delivery Center (Shared Services). This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable HR services across the employee lifecycle while driving standardization, automation, and an exceptional employee experience. The leader partners closely with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, IT, Finance, and external vendors to enable a globally consistent, compliant, and customer-centric HR services model. Key Responsibilities include: 1. Strategy & Leadership - Define and execute the HR Services Delivery Center strategy, aligned with enterprise HR and business objectives. - Lead and develop a high-performing, multi-level HR services organization across the US, Canada and Latin America. - Serve as a thought leader for HR service delivery, shared services, and operating model evolution. - Champion a strong service culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. 2. Service Delivery & Operations - Own end-to-end delivery of HR transactional and administrative services, including (as applicable): o Employee data management o Add-On/Ancillary Services o Benefits and Comp administration o Onboarding and offboarding (Start and Depart processes) o Time, absence and attendance o HR case management o Reporting and compliance support - Ensure consistent service levels (SLAs), KPIs, and customer satisfaction across all HR services. - Proactively manage service risks, escalations, and issue resolution. 3. Employee Experience & Case Management - Drive a seamless, consumer-grade employee experience through My Kyndryl platform (Knowledge Articles, Live Chat, Case Management). - Use data, analytics, and feedback to continuously improve service quality and responsiveness. - Ensure clear ownership, transparency, and timely resolution of employee inquiries. 4. Process Excellence & Transformation - Lead process standardization, simplification, and re-engineering across HR services. - Partner with HR Tech and CIO to implement automation, self-service, AI, and workflow solutions. - Own the HR services roadmap for continuous improvement and innovation. 5. Governance, Risk & Compliance - Ensure HR services operate in full compliance with local labor laws, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and internal controls. - Establish strong governance frameworks, documentation, and audit readiness. - Manage vendor and outsourcing partners to ensure contractual performance and compliance. 6. Financial & Vendor Management - Own the HR Services Delivery Center budget, cost management, and productivity targets. - Track and report on cost-to-serve, productivity, and ROI of transformation initiatives. - Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management. 7. Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary interface between HR Services and: o HR Business Partners o COEs (Talent, Rewards, L&D, etc.) o IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance - Provide regular insights and performance reporting to senior HR and business leadership. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $180,720 to $343,560 California (All Other): $165,720 to $314,880 Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200 Massachusetts: $150,720 to $314,880 New York City: $180,720 to $343,560 Washington: $165,720 to $314,880 Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880 This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. A Day in the Life of the The Director, Sales Channel serves as the primary architect for retail, door‑to‑door, and local market field sales performance. This role is responsible for developing the strategic roadmap for customer acquisition, market expansion, channel productivity, and customer experience, ensuring field and retail sales teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and programs necessary to exceed growth targets. This role requires an analytical, data‑driven strategist with deep experience in telecommunications or subscription‑based sales models, and the ability to align sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver high‑impact revenue outcomes. - Design annual and long-range Retail, Field sales, and Offline Affiliates strategies aligned to subscriber growth, revenue, and market share goals. - Evaluate market potential and recommend territory design, deployment models, and channel mix across D2D, community events, retail partnerships, and grassroots programs. - Build segmentation, targeting, and penetration strategies for single-family, MDU, SMB, New build/ROE, and competitive overbuild areas. - Partner with Key Stakeholders on new product Go-To-Market planning, adoption, and execution; including Mobile product suite and emerging products. - Collaborating cross functionally on Omni-channel Sales Strategy Development and Execution, including Telesales, Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, and Technical Operations. - Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews to measure individual, team, and channel productivity. - Partner with Sales Ops and Analytics to improve lead routing, forecasting, and rep-level performance visibility. - Identify product, pricing, or promotional opportunities that drive competitive advantage in each market. - Workforce planning and critical infrastructure needs assessments. - Partner with Training, Marketing, and Product to support new hire onboarding, continuous learning, and pitch optimization across our product suite: fiber, broadband, video, and mobile. - Ensure field reps have high-impact collateral, canvassing tools, event kits, and digital lead-capture solutions. - Drive disciplined execution of prospecting playbooks, including door-to-door, local partnership, and event strategies. - Act as the strategic liaison between Field Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. - Lead market growth initiatives during new product launches, market expansions, and network upgrades. - Support executive reporting, board-level insights, and strategic investment recommendations. - Align field execution with company strategy, goals, and customer needs. - Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects of Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered. - Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: - 8+ years of sales strategy, sales operations, or field sales leadership experience; telecom or similar subscription/utility industry is strongly preferred. - Experience leading strategy through rapid growth, competitive market change, or transformation. - Experience in fiber expansion, MDU/ROE strategy, or broadband competitive intelligence. - Experience using CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Proven success optimizing door-to-door or field sales channels. - Knowledge of compensation design, incentive modeling, and sales capacity planning. - Demonstrated strategic thinking with strong commercial insight and financial acumen. - Ability to design and scale processes and playbooks, applying a builder mindset to create repeatable, efficient operating mechanisms. - Expertise in data‑driven decision‑making, with a strong execution orientation and the ability to translate insights into action. - Proficiency in data storytelling, synthesizing complex information into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. - Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to inspire teams and elevate field culture and performance. - Deep customer‑centric orientation, consistently advocating for and enabling exceptional local customer experiences. Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor’s degree preferred. Major in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related fields. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
