What You’ll Do: - Source, qualify, and advance net-new opportunities building pipeline and closing new consulting services deals - Develop account strategies and opportunity plans that align with Helios’ strengths and customer needs in target accounts/industries - Cultivate trusted partnerships with Workday Account Executives and partner teams to generate co-sell pipeline and position Helios as the partner of choice - Execute outbound prospecting through direct outreach, creative account entry, networking, and ecosystem relationships  - Proactively manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach through proposal development and contract execution - Collaborate closely with delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are viable, compelling, and executable - Work cross-functionally with the Growth/Partner Marketing, Workday Architects, and Consulting Leaders to identify high-potential customers, shape winning opportunities, and deliver exceptional client outcomes - Represent Helios at Workday and customer events, executing targeted account strategies to drive engagement and generate qualified opportunities - Effectively manage all sales opportunities, accounts, and activities, ensuring visibility, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline hygiene  - Be a voice for the customer, bringing insights back into the business to inform our offerings, messaging, and investments What We’re Looking For: - Proven success in selling professional services, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets - Deep understanding of HCM/HR Process and the customer buying journey, ideally from a prior role in a services or partner organization - Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, HR and Finance stakeholders, and Partner field sales teams - Comfortable navigating complex deal cycles and engaging across multiple customer stakeholders - A proactive, entrepreneurial approach; you know how to build pipeline and don’t wait for leads to come to you - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story that connects business challenges to Helios’ capabilities - Comfortable operating autonomously and leveraging technology, platforms, and systems as enablers for efficiency, insight, and growth Why You’ll Love Working Here: We’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive - both professionally and personally. The total compensation for this role is designed to reflect the impact and performance expected of a senior sales leader. The base salary range is $100,000 – $160,000, depending on experience, territory, and demonstrated results. This role includes a highly competitive variable incentive plan aligned to individual performance and new business generation. On-target earnings (OTE) exceed $300,000, with top performers earning significantly more through uncapped commissions and performance incentives. A Day in the Life of the The Director, Acquisition will be responsible for developing and directing offer strategies and related campaigns to achieve subscriber and revenue goals. The role will provide leadership and direction for multiple functional areas to influence, shape, develop and integrate acquisition strategies across the company’s customer lifecycle, with a key focus on scalable and data-centric approaches that create demand, increase conversion, and maximize subscriber growth. - Work closely with VP of Marketing Strategy to understand market conditions and competitive dynamics that drive acquisition needs. - Conduct ongoing review of key operational actions needed to improve conversion and lead quality; assist in establishing and enhancing metrics for acquisition performance. - Lead discussions with internal business partners across multiple functional areas to diagnose, recommend and implement acquisition solutions, including success and testing criteria. - Establish consistent cross-functional partnerships with Billing & Collections, IT/Engineering, E-commerce, Retail and Sales Channels to streamline and centralize customer acquisition strategy. - Partner with CX teams to maintain & measure departmental KPIs to garner actionable insights that will drive strategies around conversion optimization and revenue growth. - Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience across acquisition touchpoints. - Monitor and assist in driving the attainment of KPIs, including service level, quality, NPS, and customer satisfaction objectives. - Identify future needs within the marketplace and qualify opportunities for new offerings using market-driven insights. - Analyze competitors' services, prices, and messaging; synthesize information to develop an integrated acquisition strategy. - Train, lead, and provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team. Manage resource allocations, vendor relationships, and contracted scopes of work. - Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects of Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered. - Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: - 7+ years of experience leading in Marketing or Sales Operations - Experience implementing and executing acquisition strategies, projects, and agency relationships.   - Experience synthesizing information and critical details for leadership and driving implementation of decisions and departmental operational direction.  - Experience building and supporting monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans and processes that reinforce business goals, including ongoing management.  - Relevant cable and/or telecommunications experience preferred. - Proven success leading and partnering with cross-functional teams in a Marketing Operations capacity.    - Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and management styles in a fast-paced environment.  - Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing varying levels of stakeholders are essential.  - Proactive team player, with a positive attitude, who adapts well to changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, experimentation and iteration, and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.  - Knowledge/experience in platforms and tools that the marketing team and company use to support campaign efforts, measure performance, and provide data and insights.  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google products (i.e.: Excel, PivotTables, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Drive, Outlook Calendar).  - Budget management experience, with the ability to negotiate as needed.  - Analytical and resourceful problem solver.  Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Bachelor's degree preferred. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
