• Drive successful adoption, operational excellence, and utilization growth of the HUGO™ Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) platform across assigned accounts • Monitor and promote robotic case volume and case mix • Track and report performance against KPIs, leveraging NPS feedback to enhance user experience • Integrate the HUGO RAS program into broader surgical account plans and commercial objectives • Act as the primary escalation point for operational, clinical, or commercial issues • Maintain regular touchpoints with HUGO RAS users; attend procedures and collect structured feedback • Ensure readiness for all scheduled robotic cases; oversee field inventory management • Lead additional cohort onboarding and skill development for future users and staff
