Architectural Technician – Revit

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit. • Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models. • Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets. • Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams. • Perform code analysis and support quality control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC). • Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and documentation standards
- Knowledge of IBC and relevant design codes
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with multifamily residential projects (preferred)
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, and Bluebeam (preferred)
- Experience working with point cloud data or 3D laser scan deliverables (preferred)
