• Support the development of construction drawings from Revit-based models for building and project coordination • Prepare and update 2D electrical drawings from Revit-generated views for construction documentation and coordination • Add annotations, dimensions, notes, callouts, detail references, legends, schedules, and sheet organization • Assist with the production of floor plans, power plans, lighting plans, low-voltage plans, one-lines, risers, details, and enlarged views • Organize drawing sheets, view layouts, title blocks, and plotting sets in accordance with company and client standards • Review drawing sets for clarity, consistency, completeness, and coordination • Incorporate markups from engineers and project managers accurately and on schedule • Support quality control efforts by checking dimensions, notes, sheet references, naming conventions, and document standards • Help maintain CAD/Revit standards, templates, symbols, and drafting best practices • Coordinate with engineers and designers to resolve drafting and documentation issues • Assist with project deliverables at multiple project milestones • Prepare PDFs, plotting packages, and issued drawing sets for internal and external distribution • Track revisions and maintain organized project files.

• Produce accurate architectural drawings and models using Revit. • Execute scan-to-BIM workflows by converting point cloud data into usable design models. • Assist in the preparation of design and construction documentation sets. • Coordinate architectural components with structural, MEP, and survey teams. • Perform code analysis and support quality control reviews for compliance with applicable standards (including IBC). • Collaborate across multiple project phases, from schematic design to construction documents.

• Monitor and track federal opportunities, including sources sought notices, RFIs, and RFPs • Support opportunity research using procurement platforms and internal tools • Assist with drafting responses to sources sought notices, capability summaries, and other pre-solicitation materials • Help organize and maintain pursuit files, past performance information, staff resumes, project sheets, and content libraries • Support development of compliance matrices, proposal outlines, and submission checklists • Coordinate with internal staff to collect technical content, qualifications, and required forms • Assist with editing, formatting, proofreading, and assembling proposal documents • Track deadlines, amendments, and submission requirements for active pursuits • Participate in capture and proposal planning meetings and help document action items • Support continuous improvement of internal capture and proposal processes

• Support federal capture activities, including opportunity research, tracking, and pipeline organization • Review SAM.gov and other procurement platforms for relevant opportunities, sources sought notices, RFIs, and RFPs • Coordinate and draft responses to sources sought notices, RFIs, and other pre-solicitation requests • Help develop and maintain capture materials, including capability statements, past performance summaries, resumes, project sheets, and compliance matrices • Assist in analyzing solicitations and identifying submission requirements, deadlines, and key compliance items • Coordinate internal proposal schedules, content collection, reviews, and final production for RFP responses • Support development of proposal sections such as cover letters, executive summaries, corporate experience, key personnel, and management approaches • Track amendments, Q&A, submission instructions, and required forms for active pursuits • Maintain proposal files, content libraries, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency • Collaborate with leadership, technical staff, and external partners/subconsultants to gather inputs and keep pursuits moving • Help improve internal federal pursuit processes over time
