In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of technology onboarding, system migrations, cybersecurity alignment, and data consolidation to ensure a seamless transition into our IT environment. As an IT Project Manager, you will: - Lead end‑to‑end integration projects for newly acquired accounting firms, ensuring all IT systems, processes, and data are successfully aligned with firm standards. - Coordinate system migrations, including email, document management, practice management software, workflow tools, and authentication systems - Facilitate change‑management activities, including communication plans, training sessions, and user adoption strategies. - Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders. - Document all integration processes, decisions, and lessons learned to improve future acquisition playbooks. - Drive continuous improvement by refining integration frameworks, templates, and best practices based on real‑world outcomes. - Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed. - Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned. What you bring to the role: - 5+ Experience in project management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a senior project management capacity. - Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Project Management, IT or related field - Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
