• Support strategic program and project design, execution, and performance management of initiatives supporting Quality Improvement and the Star Rating measurement system established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) • Collaborate across a matrixed organization and coordinate efforts across multiple domains and functional workgroups that impact Zing Health’s Medicare Star ratings • Leverage project management skills and discipline across a strategic playbook of interventions, campaigns, and initiatives • Participate in market research, competitive analysis, content review and development, partnership with third-party print and engagement solutions, vendor engagement and management, reporting, and presentation development • Effectively manage projects from inception to performance management • Demonstrate an understanding of the Medicare Star Rating program • Manage project plan development, maintenance, and management • Perform risk management and escalation • Conduct Star measure data analysis and intervention recommendations • Log, track, and ensure completion of all key project milestones • Communicate effectively across departments and manage expectations and priorities • Participate in or lead cross-departmental workgroups and committees • Meet with key stakeholders to gather, document, track, and update specific requirements of each project/intervention • Track project / intervention performance to analyze successful completions and continually improve execution for subsequent measurement periods • Perform quality control on projects throughout the lifecycle • Serve as a liaison for Provider Network department for shared projects, ensuring appropriate routing through compliance and CMS workflows • Perform other related duties as assigned

• Lead strategic, multi-phase programs involving infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise hosting. • Oversee program-level planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Partner with leadership, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to deliver business-critical outcomes. • Manage high-complexity projects with broad scope, significant risk exposure, and cross-functional dependencies. • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, program roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and regulatory standards. • Facilitate SLT-level communications, steering committee updates, and executive escalations. • Champion continuous improvement, agile adoption, and delivery excellence across the project lifecycle. • Mentor and coach PM3s and junior project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and growth. • Lead enterprise, customer‑facing infrastructure delivery programs with contractual, SLA, and financial accountability. • Ensure predictable, on time delivery of complex infrastructure implementations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute refrigeration cooler projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Serve as the go-to expert for technical queries related to PLUMBING. • Provide guidance on system design, component selection, and compliance with industry standards. • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in PLUMBING. • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. • Present project updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead cross-functional teams, including Project Coordinators, technicians, and subcontractors. • Provide mentorship and training to team members to build technical proficiency. • Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards. • Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and technical specifications. • Prepare and deliver detailed reports for internal and client review.
