• The Executive Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and directly support our three founders • Manage complex calendars across multiple executives • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including defense and strategic partners • Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries • Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing documents • Track follow-ups and action items across leadership meetings • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Serve as front-of-office presence for visitors and partners • Support coordination of onsite interviews and candidate experience • Assist in onboarding new hires • Help maintain an organized and professional office environment • Coordinate small events, offsites, and executive gatherings • Provide backup operational coverage when leadership is traveling • Improve workflows that increase executive efficiency • Create systems for task tracking and visibility • Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively solve problems • Act as a connector across teams to ensure alignment

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in startup, aerospace, defense, or high-growth environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously (preferred)
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or hardware startups (preferred)
  • Experience helping build processes from scratch (preferred)
