The Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation is responsible for the technical administration, calculation, and optimization of the firm’s third-party compensation programs. This role is highly data- and systems-driven, partnering closely with business leaders, Legal, Accounting, and Technology to ensure third-party compensation is calculated accurately, supported by contract terms, scalable within compensation systems, and auditable. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Third-Party Compensation Administration • Support the calculation, administration, and payment of third-party (3P) compensation programs • Interpret complex contract terms and operationalize them into scalable compensation logic • Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to implement new or amended agreements • Ensure consistent treatment across third-party populations, including legacy arrangements Data, Systems, and Analysis • Source, reconcile, and validate large volumes of data from CRM, billing, custody, and accounting systems • Configure, maintain, and enhance compensation system logic to support 3P programs • Validate compensation results, identify risks and recommend scalable technical solutions • Support audits and inquiries related to third-party compensation calculations and payments Partnership & Process Improvement • Partner with Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and business teams to ensure accurate and timely payments • Serve as a technical escalation point for complex 3P compensation scenarios • Identify opportunities to standardize and automate third-party compensation processes • Build and maintain detailed documentation for compensation logic, data sources, and system workflows • Support system enhancements, migrations, and future-state design related to 3P compensation • Contribute to training and enablement materials for internal teams supporting third-parties REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in business, math/accountancy, data science, or related field, preferred • 3–5+years of experience in incentive compensation, accounting, finance, or data-insights roles • Experience administering variable or 3P compensation programs in a service industry, preferred • Understanding of revenue sources, financial reporting, and contract-driven compensation structures • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain calculations and outcomes to stakeholders • Critical thinking and resourceful problem-solving abilities • Advanced MS Excel capabilities • Experience with compensation/commission systems or technology (e.g., Oracle, Xactly), preferred • Experience with data transformation, ETL, or visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx), preferred • Basic understanding of programming languages such as SQL and desire to advance technical skills • High aptitude to leverage technology solutions and improve processes #LI-DM1 #LI-REMOTE EOE M/F/D/V We welcome your interest in being a part of our firm. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, math/accountancy, data science, or related field, preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, accounting, finance, or data-insights roles.
  • Experience administering variable or 3P compensation programs in a service industry, preferred.
