The Digital Marketing Manager for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading digital growth initiatives by developing and executing programs that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and support account-based marketing across North America. This position reports to the Director, Marketing and is part of the Radiometer North America Marketing Team and will be fully remote. Candidates must already reside in the US. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Lead the strategy and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, web, and social channels. - Increase qualified lead volume and digital campaign return-on-investment (ROI) - Develop and manage Radiometer’s social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels. - Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with sales, utilize HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools. - Improve target account engagement, influenced pipeline, and develop closed loop campaign performance metrics The selected candidate will possess: - Basic troubleshooting experience in: Electromechanical, Networking or IT system upgrades. The successful candidate will possess the following: - Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms - Hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) - Experience collaborating with sales teams on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in healthcare diagnostics industry Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: - Ability to travel – Up to 20% It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - 5+ years of experience in marketing healthcare diagnostics. The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $169,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role.
