Job summary: As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you own digital demand strategy and performance, delivering pipeline and revenue impact for the business. You define and drive an integrated digital strategy in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and Growth Strategists on the Demand Generation team to ensure alignment, visibility, and shared ownership of growth outcomes. You lead paid media and organic growth programs end to end-setting strategy, directing agency execution, managing investment against revenue targets, and proactively communicating performance, insights, and recommendations across the organization. What you'll do: Digital demand strategy & revenue impact - Own the integrated digital demand strategy across paid media and SEO/GEO, ensuring tactics support pipeline and revenue goals. - Define and own the digital marketing roadmap, making investment and tradeoff decisions across channels, tests, and initiatives in alignment with broader company growth objectives. - Continuously evaluate performance to reallocate spend and/or reprioritize work to maximize ROI and revenue impact. - Partner cross-functionally and within the demand generation team to influence content and improve prospect/customer journeys. - Use market, platform, and competitive insights to guide experimentation, conversion optimization, and the evolution of digital strategy across the funnel. Paid media & agency leadership - Own paid media performance end to end, including channel mix, forecasting, optimization priorities, and budget management. - Lead agency partners driving execution, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and measurable outcomes. - Ensure paid media programs are integrated into broader, full-funnel demand generation initiatives. Reporting and insights - Define success metrics, measurement frameworks, forecasting and attribution approaches to evaluate performance and inform investment decisions. - Own performance reporting and insights across digital channels, proactively communicating trends, results, and recommendations. - Translate data into clear narratives that inform decision-making and investment strategy. - Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment. What we're looking for: - 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation, with deep expertise in paid media and SEO/GEO in a B2B environment. - Proven experience owning strategy, performance, and optimization-not just execution. - Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and optimizations. - Experience managing agencies and external partners with clear expectations and accountability. - Strong understanding of how digital marketing supports full-funnel demand generation and revenue outcomes. - Comfort operating across modern digital marketing, analytics, and CRM platforms, with the ability to evaluate and maximize tools rather than simply operate them. - Experience with Agile Marketing and Healthcare Industry marketing a plus. Why join us: - Own an integrated digital demand strategy with direct impact on pipeline and revenue. - Work on a highly collaborative, data-driven team where new ideas and experimentation are encouraged. - Grow your scope and influence as the digital demand engine and broader Demand Generation function continue to scale.
