• The Clinical Specialist is responsible for primary clinical support in assisting sales representatives to develop new sales opportunities and accounts with physician and hospital accounts. • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation and maintenance of company products. • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites by providing a high level of service and responsiveness by providing ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding the use of the company’s products. • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff on the use of the company’s products. • Provide case support, including Operating Room/Procedure support. • Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products. • Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel.

• Facilitate the collection and dissemination of clinical, technical and industry intel to inform Saluda’s commercial execution • Provide critical development, training, and leadership in collaboration with the US Field team to support successful launches of our neuromodulation platforms • Work with new and existing clinician customers in a manner that distinguishes Saluda as a disruptor to the traditional Neuromodulation business model • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and their staff by providing a high level of service and responsiveness • Deliver ongoing education and clinical expertise (grand rounds, academic hospitals, fellowship programs) • Assist with: In-field training of new hires during initial training program, Commercial case coverage and patient support, Develop, enable, and support commercial targets, Provide continued advanced technical training to commercial team • Provide support and troubleshooting (both remote and, when required, in-person) to the sales and clinical organizations. • Identify opportunities for improved therapy and workflow. • Support of Saluda-sponsored trials in local regions (programming, data collection and analysis, etc.)

Qualification Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in a clinical or hospital environment. • 2+ years of experience in medical devices • Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Operating room sales highly desirable. • Analytical skills, including statistical analysis preferable. • PC skills necessary (MS Office/Excel) and experience with sales force automation tools • Ability to travel 60%. • Possess high empathy and compassion for patients. • SCS experience and/or patient interaction experience preferable. • Demonstrated ability to develop and influence relationships. • Analytical skills, including statistical analysis. • Experience in a consultative sales role a plus. • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize own daily work routine to meet region requirements. • Adhere to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner. • Computer proficiency. • Meeting planning for large professional education programs such as Regional and National Educational Summits. • Initiate venue sourcing and contract management including internal and legal approvals. • Manage logistics such as event registration, RSVP lists, rooming lists, airfare, ground transportation, food and beverage, meeting space, AV, etc. • Assist with on-site logistics • Additional logistics support for local and regional programs such as HCP travel accommodations • Administers the database of program attendees and assists with metrics and analysis on programs • Data collection and assist with submissions and deadlines related to Sunshine Act requirements and monthly expense reports • Submits and manages POs and invoices for the department, partnering with Finance and Accounting teams • Provides support on oftentimes complex tasks, including but not limited to: project management, calendar management, setting agendas, and note-taking during internal and external meetings • General administrative support, such as calendar management, planning internal cross-functional meetings, etc.
