• Build and nurture relationships within the developer community. Actively participate in forums, social media, and other developer platforms to understand and address the needs of developers. • Serve as a technical ambassador for Zencoder, presenting at conferences, meetups, and webinars. Share best practices, deliver compelling presentations, and lead technical workshops to demonstrate the value of Zencoder’s AI platform. • Develop high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, sample code, and video guides. Collaborate with the Content Strategy team to create resources that educate and engage developers. • Work with the sales and marketing teams to provide technical demos and answer technical questions for potential customers. Assist in developing solutions tailored to customers’ needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process. • Act as a liaison between developers and the product team. Collect feedback, identify pain points, and ensure developers have a seamless experience using Zencoder’s products. • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance developer UX/UI with Zencoder, ensuring a smooth developer experience. • Represent Zencoder at industry events, hackathons, and developer conferences. Engage with developers in person and online, showcasing Zencoder’s technology and fostering a sense of community. • Coach and mentor engineering team members with limited experience in public speaking and writing, encouraging and helping them build their skills and apply for industry conferences and other opportunities to promote Zencoder’s employer brand.

• Owning End-to-End Technical Solutions: Designing, documenting, and implementing complex infrastructure projects spanning multiple systems and domains • Driving projects from initial design doc through stakeholder buy-in, implementation, testing, rollout, and adoption • Creating pragmatic automation that eliminates repetitive manual work for engineers • Building self-service platforms and CLIs that reduce dependency on platform teams • Developing monitoring, alerting, and diagnostic tools that proactively surface issues • Partnering with engineering teams to understand pain points and gather requirements • Translating business needs and technical constraints into scalable solutions • Sharing knowledge through documentation, tech talks, and mentorship of junior engineers • Participating in on-call rotation for critical platform services

• Collaborate with the Lead Developer Advocate to shape advocacy strategy, quarterly priorities, and long-term vision. • Define and track success metrics for advocacy initiatives, iterating based on developer engagement and product outcomes. • Act as a technical authority for our products and technologies, producing opinionated technical content (e.g. webinars, tutorials, sample apps, reference architectures, and integrations). • Serve as a conduit of feedback to Product/Engineering by turning external observations into actionable recommendations. • Regularly engage with developers in physical communities (like KubeCon) and via social media channels (Reddit, Linkedin, HackerNews, DevTo). • Be the voice of all things AuthZed, nurturing community engagement to foster adoption of SpiceDB OSS and our enterprise services.

• Lead Vanta's AI tooling strategy for engineering, evaluating and implementing AI-powered development tools (code generation, AI-assisted code review, intelligent testing tools) that meaningfully improve developer productivity • Drive key developer experience initiatives such as bringing UI testing in-house, modularizing our codebase for improved testability and isolation, and continuously improving build and deployment systems • Design and build developer tools and infrastructure that enable engineers across all product teams to ship high-quality code efficiently • Collaborate horizontally across engineering teams to understand pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver solutions that scale across the organization • Mentor engineers on best practices for development workflows, testing approaches, and AI tool adoption
