Marketing Associate

• Support product marketing. Help shape positioning, refine messaging, and build one-pagers and sales enablement materials. • Elevate research distribution. Copy-edit research, turn reports into distribution-ready content (email, blog, LinkedIn), and ensure our thought leadership drives engagement. • Help execute webinars and podcasts. Support logistics, promotion, and follow-up to convert engagement into meetings. • Build scalable processes. Improve documentation, campaign workflows, and reporting infrastructure as the marketing function grows.

Job Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in product marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • High ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot), and ESPs (Mailchimp, SendGrid)
  • Ability to work in-office 1-2 days a week in Union Square, NYC

This role supports brand campaigns, partnerships, and activations - ensuring ideas move smoothly from concept to execution. You’ll help keep the blended strategy and portfolio positioning consistent and impactful by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and connecting teams. Highly collaborative, this position works closely with the Brand, Performance, Sales, Customer Care, and brand partner teams to deliver seamless brand programs and experiences. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Coordinate day-to-day execution of blended portfolio strategic roadmap - marketing projects, partnerships, campaigns, and communications—helping bring the blended portfolio story to life in consistent, compelling ways. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and external agencies or vendors to keep projects on track and align with blended portfolio standards. - Develop, create, and/or support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (print, digital, social, presentations, sales materials, etc.), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency across every touchpoint. - Collaborate with the digital team on email, web, and social initiatives, including content scheduling and performance monitoring—ensuring the blended portfolio shows up in ways that feel both on-brand and culturally relevant. - Support the planning, logistics, and execution of partnerships, sponsorships, research, and activations, both virtual and in person, to create memorable and mission-aligned experiences. - Conduct or support market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to differentiate the blended portfolio and connect authentically with our consumer. - Provide administrative support to the commercial marketing team, including budget tracking, vendor payments, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and project management.   WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH - 2–3 years of experience in commercial marketing, brand management, or a related field (internship experience included). - A passion for brand marketing and an interest in healthcare, wellness, and/or mission-driven organizations. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. - A collaborative and adaptable mindset, comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with project management tools is a plus (Wrike, Asana, Monday.com). - Analytical curiosity and comfort with tracking metrics and reporting results. - A strong commitment to company mission and values. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - The ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.
