Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and manage budgets independently.
- Advanced expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, marketing automation).
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to digital marketing optimization.

Position Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist-Patient Recruitment will develop and manage clinical trial recruitment campaigns. This includes designing, executing, and optimizing omni-channel campaigns that drive patient awareness, education, and enrollment in clinical trials. This position will sit at the intersection of digital marketing, patient advocacy, and clinical operations, and apply a strong understanding of regulated pharmaceutical advertising, data-driven marketing, and performance measurement. This role is both strategic and hands-on and will manage campaigns in-platform while collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal/Regulatory, and external agencies.
