Responsibilities As part of Keysight’s Portfolio Marketing team, you can work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This role focuses on three core areas: - Define strategy for global campaigns You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of global marketing campaigns for Keysight’s solutions. This includes creating high-quality content—messaging, white papers, use cases, eBooks, demos, videos, and webinars—that highlights both new product introductions and established solutions. Your work will connect customer application challenges and Keysight’s unique technical advantages. - Execute high-impact programs with cross-functional teams You will collaborate with global campaign teams, product management, and dedicated marcom resources to design programs that grow and influence your target audiences. Your goal is to drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality pipeline for Keysight’s solutions. - Measure impact and continuously optimize You will ensure your campaigns align with Keysight’s communication channels and brand standards. You will monitor program performance, analyze audience behavior, and optimize content and tactics to meet measurable goals. You will have access to a full set of creative and operational resources, including designers, branding, email, and content experts, to help you execute at scale. • Own, Write & Evolve the CS Playbook - Document & evolve the playbook for how the CS team operates - ranging from daily activities (e.g. how to use key Salesforce reports) to macro strategy (e.g. how to design an account plan that mitigates risk). Synthesize inputs from leadership across CS, Marketing, Product to create the source of truth “how to” document for CS. • Talk Tracks & Template Creation - Write content for the team to execute at scale. Examples include scripts for EBR slides, objection handling answers & email templates. • Synthesizing GTM Insights - Monitor campaigns (e.g. EBR’s, new product launches) and bubble up themes including customer feedback, which parts of materials are/aren’t resonating & training needs. Be fluent in the details (e.g. based on review of Gong, internal interviews), while also being able to package up insights/recommendations to the executive audience. • Asset Management - Maintain the database of GTM assets and information in Highspot.
