Job Description

Head of Product Marketing

Triple Whale 🐳

What Do We Do? Triple Whale is the complete intelligence platform that helps ecommerce brands confidently understand what's working in their business, what's not, and what they should do next. We pull all your data into one place, give you the measurement tools to actually trust it, then use the smartest AI in the industry to translate it into insights and recommendations. From there, you get tools to put those insights to work — from AI agents that generate creative and take action on your behalf, to automations that make the rest of your tech stack smarter and more effective. More than 60,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, Ouai and True Classic trust Triple Whale to grow faster with fewer resources — uncovering opportunities and acting on them at a scale that would be impossible manually. What You're Applying for As our product velocity accelerates, we’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead one of the most critical functions in a product-led company. You’ll oversee the full product marketing organization and lead a team of incredibly high-performing PMMs responsible for translating product innovation into market impact. This is not a 0→1 build—you’ll be taking the function from 1→10, building on a strong foundation to scale our narrative, go-to-market motion, and enablement across the company. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue, ensuring our roadmap, messaging, launches, and growth programs are aligned and driving real business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with company leadership to shape how Triple Whale shows up in the market, drive product and sales-led growth programs, and build the systems and content engine that power both enterprise and self-serve motions. Ultimately, you’ll ensure our customers and the broader market recognize Triple Whale as the category leader in AI for commerce. What You’ll Do - Become the in-house expert on AI, AI agents, business intelligence, and measurement, translating market and competitive insights into clear positioning, pitch updates, and analyst briefings. - Own the go-to-market strategy across the product portfolio, partnering with Product on monthly and quarterly launches while driving always-on programs that increase adoption, expansion, and revenue impact. - Lead and develop the Product Marketing team, evolving and refining scalable processes, frameworks, and operating systems that support rapid product innovation and company growth. - Oversee the creation of high-impact enablement and content—including use-case guides, demo videos, webinars, and sales playbooks—that shorten deal cycles and increase attach rates. What You’ll Bring: - 7+ years of product marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, including formal product marketing roles at AI or data-driven software companies, with a track record of leading positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for complex technical products. - Proven leadership experience managing and developing product marketing teams, with responsibility for setting strategy, prioritization, and creating the structure that allows the team to execute effectively even in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. - Demonstrated success owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy across both product-led and sales-led motions, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to launch new capabilities, drive adoption, and translate product innovation into measurable revenue impact. - Ecommerce and commerce enablement experience is a strong plus, the ideal candidate understands the realities of modern ecommerce while also pushing the boundaries of how AI and data can shape the future of commerce. Our Values - We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers. - We Move (Very!) Quickly: The speed at which we work, iterate, and deliver value is our most competitive advantage. - We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together. - We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths. - We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other. Base Compensation Range: 160,000 - 175,000 Our compensation ranges are set using benchmarks from growth-stage companies and factor in function, level, and location- so everything stays above board and whale-balanced. The range you sea on each job posting shows the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires across all U.S. locations. Triple Whale is an equal opportunity employer.
