Role Description Welty Energy is looking to add a Project Scheduler to our Program Support team! As a Project Scheduler, you will support our Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Services teams. This role will ideally be an on-site position based out of our Akron, OH corporate office, but we are open to a remote candidate for the right skillset. - Input project data such as project activities, durations, resources, and relationships between tasks using Primavera P6. - Assist in monitoring project progress by comparing actual work completed vs. planned schedule. - Focus on project scheduling, planning, or management for internal and external clients. - Communicate efficiently and effectively with stakeholders, clients, team members, and project managers. - Provide regular schedule updates, performance insights, and training effectiveness summaries. - Assist with allocating project resources accurately. - Identify and analyze potential scheduling risks. - Help with creating risk mitigation strategies. - Adhere to company and client standards for project management. - Perform duties with minimal oversight, leveraging professional judgment and expertise. - Operate as the primary point of contact for selected clients with duties including: - Scheduling services - Ensuring compliance with company and client standards Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management, business administration or related. - 3+ years of experience supporting distribution, transmission and/or substation projects. - Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or other industry-standard tools. - Effective time management and the ability to oversee multiple projects at once. The Senior Environmental Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, from scoping and budgeting to execution, team management, and final reporting, ensuring client objectives are met on time and within budget.
