Sr. Oracle Developer Inovio- Remote, US What you'll be doing: Database Development & Maintenance: - Design, develop, and implement complex database structures, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages using Oracle PL/SQL. - Optimize and tune PL/SQL code for performance. - Maintain and enhance existing PL/SQL codebase. - Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups, indexing, and data migrations. System Integration: - Collaborate with application developers to integrate Oracle databases with front-end JAVA applications via JDBC. - Develop and implement data integration solutions using SQL*Loader, external tables, and other Oracle tools. Technical Support & Reporting/Documentation: - Provide technical support for database-related issues, including troubleshooting and performance tuning. - Assist in resolving complex data issues and support end-users. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for database applications. - Generate reports and queries as needed to support business operations. Quality Assurance: - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in system testing and validation processes.
