Qualifications - Strong analytical skills to conduct business case analyses, interpret IT performance metrics, and generate data-driven insights - Proficiency in portfolio and task management tools, including MS Power BI, ServiceNow (SPM, ITSM, Program/Project Workspaces), PEO Task Tracker, and DLA TMT - Experience in project planning and business process reengineering (BPR) to improve efficiency and align with strategic objectives - Ability to effectively communicate, present, and defend findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership - Familiarity with collaboration and information management platforms such as SharePoint and enterprise task tracking systems Requirements - Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations - Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customer - Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision - Seven (7) years relevant experience - Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority - Secret clearance Physical Requirements - Required to stand, walk and sit - Communicate verbally both in person and by telephone - Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls - Reach with hands and arms - Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus Additional Requirements - Other duties as assigned
