We are excited to add several seasonal Talent Acquisition Coordinators, a critical role within our dynamic team. This position is central to enhancing every aspect of the candidate lifecycle, ensuring remarkable candidate experience, and streamlining the talent acquisition process for greater efficiency. The ideal candidate will exhibit a process-driven mindset, possess superior communication skills, and have hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting to optimize recruitment operations effectively. As a cross-functional role, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will engage closely with colleagues across various departments, including HR, IT, and Training. This collaboration is essential to create a smooth and engaging hiring process, ultimately leading to an exceptional journey for our candidates. This is a temporary role and will have a duration of five months. What you’ll do: - Cultivate a seamless and enjoyable experience for candidates at every phase of the recruitment cycle, from submitting their applications to formally accepting offers, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the process. - Manage the interview scheduling process across our high-volume sales roles. - Initiating and managing the background check process; coordinating with candidates and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. - Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy in HR systems - Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to enhance recruitment workflows, reducing time-to-hire and increasing operational efficiency in our talent acquisition efforts. - Ensure compliance with TA process and policies by adhering to hiring regulations, company policies, and best practices related to recruitment and employment laws. - Assist in establishing and strengthening partnerships with HR, IT, Training, and other departments to innovate recruitment workflows and enhance the overall hiring experience. - Serve as a reliable backup for HR Operations, lending support with background checks, I-9 verifications, and any other operational tasks as needed. - Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions. What you’ll bring: - Proven experience with Workday Recruiting is a must, demonstrating familiarity with the platform's functionalities. - At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field, showcasing a solid understanding of recruitment practices. - Exceptional ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. - Strong organizational and communication skills, allowing you to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledgeable about applicant tracking systems. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a dedication to continuous improvement and process optimization. - Capacity to work collaboratively across departments, effectively engaging with various stakeholders to achieve shared goal - The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Preferred Qualifications - Aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. - Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates of all levels. - Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing roles such as engineers, quality inspectors, machinists, and support functions like supply chain, safety, and finance. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). - Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards. - Ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
