Overview This highly visible Program Manager will be leading critical initiatives, projects and programs, that require enterprise-wide coordination and aggressive pursuit of target deliverables and schedules with the CPI product management team. This includes working with the Director and Product Manager to define the scope, priority, and requirements of all strategic initiatives within the portfolio. This role will be the liaison between the business, IT, and all other functional business groups and will lead the delivery of all strategic imitative within the products portfolio. The strategic nature of this role requires someone that is comfortable working at the C-suite level and is capable of communicating technical concepts to business people in a way that is easily understood. Responsibilities - Works closely with the Director to identify and define product goals and roadmaps, owns the day-to-day delivery and execution of the roadmap; - Works with Product Manager define detailed product requirements and drive execution of the technology build; - Participates in technical discussions to review requirements, inform the technical design, and ensure that what is built supports the vision; - Translates technical discussions into project plans, timelines, and drives cross-functional teams to deliver on-time; - Provide status, action plan and recommendations to senior leadership, partners, and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis; - Assists in the development of communications, to include ensuring timely and effective communication vehicles exist between program/project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, account managers, etc. and are leveraged effectively. - Perform ‘buy, build, partner’ analysis and provide recommendations to senior management when defining the best way to get to market for the products you support; - Participate in annual strategic planning initiatives, including roadmap planning and budget creation activities; - Supports the creation of documentation and tools required to gain adoption of the products you support; - Work with legal, accounting, marketing and operations to ensure all components are in place to support the successful delivery of your products; - Facilitates product training to internal and external stakeholders as needed; - Supports the business development organization in external facing technical conversations where needed; - Other duties as assigned by management.
