• Successfully manage the company's Acumatica ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance. • Provide ongoing support to Acumatica ERP users, resolve issues, and address user concerns promptly. • Create, troubleshoot and maintain customizations and integrations to meet business needs, ensuring their functionality and compatibility with system upgrades. • Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including customization deployments, updates, upgrades, and performance optimizations. • Offer technical guidance to other team members and stakeholders on Acumatica-related matters. • Configure and maintain role-based security, workflows, and business logic. • Use Acumatica tools such as generic inquiries, report builder, and dashboards as requested by all departments. • Lead system upgrades, hotfixes, and release rollouts in partnership with Acumatica support. • Lead ERP-related projects, including testing, validation, new module deployments and enhancements. • Act as technical project manager and liaison with external partners. • Train users for self-service reporting when appropriate. • Use and manage Acumatica add-ons. • Document system changes for audit and compliance. • Manage user testing and resolve any identified issues.

Overview This highly visible Program Manager will be leading critical initiatives, projects and programs, that require enterprise-wide coordination and aggressive pursuit of target deliverables and schedules with the CPI product management team. This includes working with the Director and Product Manager to define the scope, priority, and requirements of all strategic initiatives within the portfolio. This role will be the liaison between the business, IT, and all other functional business groups and will lead the delivery of all strategic imitative within the products portfolio. The strategic nature of this role requires someone that is comfortable working at the C-suite level and is capable of communicating technical concepts to business people in a way that is easily understood.
