Customer Success Manager

Guidepoint Global, LLC

• Own a portfolio of highly transactional, institutional investor and corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted partner • Contribute to broader Qsight business initiatives as needed, including supporting adjacent segments such as Medical Aesthetics and performing light data analysis to help inform client strategy • Develop a deep understanding of how investor and corporate clients use Qsight’s Market Model and Alpha solutions, and proactively address business needs and challenges • Help define and build a more structured, scalable engagement model for Medical Device clients, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities • Partner closely with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement tailored to how investors actually consume data and insights • Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with Product to share feedback and influence roadmap decisions • Create and execute client success plans, including account strategies and Enterprise Business Reviews (EBRs) • Navigate ambiguity with confidence—testing ideas, iterating quickly, and helping shape what “great CS” looks like for this segment

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Demonstrated aptitude for using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to improve workflow, with a curiosity to continuously learn and adopt new AI applications
  • Experience working with institutional investors, hedge funds, or highly analytical client bases
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior, sophisticated stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, lightly structured environments where initiative is essential
  • Highly proactive mindset with a natural inclination to spot gaps and propose solutions
  • Experience in data, SaaS, market intelligence, or research-driven products
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or alternative data

A Day in the Life of the The Customer Lifecycle Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing lifecycle communications and experience improvements that increase onboarding success, drive product adoption and upsell, and strengthen customer retention—primarily across data and mobile product lines. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver a seamless, value‑driven customer experience. - Develop and oversee automated lifecycle communication journeys that guide customers from onboarding through long‑term engagement. - Lead onboarding programs for new internet and mobile subscribers, ensuring customers realize value quickly and consistently. - Plan and execute targeted upsell and cross‑sell campaigns, including speed upgrades, bundled mobile lines, and value‑add services. - Develop and execute organic social media strategies to highlight customer success stories and value realization. - Leverage customer advocacy programs to generate referrals, testimonials and social media content. - Identify churn risks using behavioral and usage insights and deploy proactive save strategies and targeted offers. - Partner closely with Care, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support enterprise-wide retention and customer experience initiatives. - Analyze journey performance and customer engagement metrics to optimize messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness. - Coordinate the development and delivery of creative assets, managing timelines, deployment calendars, and stakeholder alignment. - Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects of Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work, recognizing it as a business priority, including creating a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, heard, and empowered. - Other duties as assigned. About the role As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Everway, you will be a trusted advisor and advocate for our education clients, helping them maximize the impact of our products and services.
