What You Bring You’re the kind of leader who balances strategic planning with a "roll up your sleeves" work ethic. You stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy the process of coaching a team to success. - 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a deep focus on the Latin American market (specifically Spanish-speaking LATAM). - 5+ years of people management experience in the region, with a proven track record of building teams from scratch and managing diverse personalities through change. - Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, paired with deep cultural awareness of the region. - Strategic Precision: You don’t just look at a number; you organize your week around themes, prioritize high-value deals, and anticipate customer needs before they arise. - Conflict Resolution: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage channel conflict and build trust across functional teams like Sales Enablement and People Ops. - Mobility: Willingness to travel approximately 30–35% to engage with partners and teams on the ground. Bonus points if you have: - SaaS or Cybersecurity Background: Experience navigating the nuances of technology sales and recurring revenue models. - Channel Expertise: A history of managing partner ecosystems, including distributors and agents, to drive significant revenue growth. - CRM Power User: Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting. Why You’ll Love It Here - Winning Culture: You’ll lead a team that values high energy, daily stand-ups, and celebrating wins together—proving that you can work hard and have fun simultaneously. - Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility of being remote in Florida while staying deeply connected to the vibrant markets of Latin America. - Impactful Leadership: As a new role, you have the unique opportunity to shape the strategy for the Spanish LATAM region and report directly to leadership that values your hands-on input. - Continuous Learning: Keep your skills sharp by obtaining certification bonuses or taking advantage of our tuition reimbursement.
