Role Description Importante Empresa líder en rubro minero, se encuentra en búsqueda de profesionales titulados de carreras como Ingeniería Civil Industrial para desempeñarse, aprender y desarrollarse en el área de Abastecimientos de nuestra compañía. Los postulantes deben tener máximo 2 años de experiencia laboral y tener un nivel de inglés avanzado (excluyente). Misión del cargo: Ejecutar procesos de compra y contratación para requerimientos asignados, asegurando abastecimiento oportuno y trazable, cumpliendo políticas, procedimientos y estándares de calidad, seguridad y probidad. - Gestionar el ciclo de compra desde la recepción del requerimiento hasta la emisión de la orden: validar especificaciones y alcance, solicitar cotizaciones comparables, analizar condiciones y elaborar comparativos; asegurar cumplimiento de políticas y aprobaciones. - Negociación con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, trabajo colaborativo con las filiales del cono sur. - Crear y administrar órdenes de compra/servicio en ERP/SRM. - Coordinar con usuarios internos la definición de requerimientos y criterios de evaluación: aclarar especificaciones técnicas, niveles de servicio y restricciones HSE; asegurar que el requerimiento sea licitable y medible; reducir compras urgentes por falta de planificación. - Asegurar control documental y compliance del proveedor: revisión de antecedentes, certificados, contratos/anexos, aceptación de código de conducta, validación de homologación y habilitación; mantener repositorio; preparar evidencias para auditoría; prevenir riesgos de incumplimiento y asegurar que la contratación se realice con proveedores autorizados, manteniendo trazabilidad completa. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to drive account expansion and revenue growth by enabling customers to maximise the value of their software investments across EMEA. • Gather customer feedback, analyse data, and engage directly with customers to understand regional needs and deliver actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically distributed team of Customer Success Managers, driving performance, consistency, and excellence across EMEA. • Collaborate with internal teams to define, standardise, and continuously improve the post-implementation customer journey, optimising satisfaction and product adoption across diverse markets. • Work with Marketing to define customer segmentation and develop regionally relevant strategies that improve retention, renewals, and long-term engagement. • Design and implement scalable, repeatable customer success playbooks and processes that support consistent delivery across multiple countries and cultures. • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy, emphasising effective onboarding, proactive account management, and churn minimisation across EMEA. • Define and track customer success metrics including NPS, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion, using insights to drive continuous improvement. • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, Support, and Executive teams to ensure customer satisfaction, expanded solution usage, and effective escalation management. • Identify opportunities to increase customer value, engagement, and “share of wallet” across the EMEA customer base. • Establish and maintain high-quality onboarding practices that reflect Energy Exemplar’s commitment to excellence and support long-term customer success.
• Own new logo acquisition across Houston and adjacent energy markets, building a strong, self-generated pipeline. • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and discovery through to deal closure and contract negotiation. • Develop and execute strategic account plans in partnership with Customer Success and Marketing to unlock expansion and cross-sell opportunities. • Engage at all levels—from end users to C-suite stakeholders—using a consultative, value-led approach. • Translate market complexity into opportunity, connecting regional dynamics with broader U.S. energy trends. • Leverage modern sales tools (Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and execution with discipline. • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and solution teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions. • Continuously build market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and new growth segments.
• Serve as the end-to-end owner of Energy Exemplar’s website as a critical marketing and business channel • Ensure the website is optimized to support business goals, including demand generation, brand positioning, and user experience • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, prioritize and manage web initiatives, and make strategic recommendations based on performance data, evolving search trends (including AI-driven search), and company priorities • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, HR, and executive stakeholders to ensure the website reflects company strategy and delivers measurable impact • Operate as a self-directed owner of the website, proactively identifying opportunities and driving improvements with minimal oversight • Own the website roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and strategy • Continuously evaluate website performance, structure, and user experience to identify issues and opportunities for improvement • Make data-driven recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and user journeys • Own search intelligence, including keyword and prompt research across traditional and AI-driven search, translating insights into actionable recommendations that guide content development • Establish and maintain templates, frameworks, and best practices to enable content teams to create search-optimized, high-performing content • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to inform optimization decisions • Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the website, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed

Partner with Marketing to execute focused campaigns that build pipeline within existing and prospective customer segments. • Conduct outbound prospecting and multi-level networking from end users to executive stakeholders using value-based engagement approaches. • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of energy market structures, regulatory developments, and industry trends including ERCOT and Texas market dynamics informing strategic direction. • Serve as manager of the end-to-end commercial process from prospect sourcing and product demonstrations through trials, negotiations, and contract execution. Perform ongoing market research to identify new prospects, service opportunities, and evolving market segments.
• Build and execute on the vision for Energy Exemplar’s PLEXOS platform focused on nodal analysis/transmission planning, with use cases including but not limited to: • Transmission system adequacy • Generation siting and integration • Generation deliverability • FTR/Congestion Analysis • Own the vision and success for our Transmission planning solutions across the Energy Exemplar Product Portfolio. • Build and execute on a strategy aligned to our company goals with a roadmap that communicates key priorities and milestones. • Be responsible for discovering new customer requirements, validating their needs, and integrating these into a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. • Write detailed requirements including the problem we are solving, a user story, and detailed acceptance criteria. Work with cross functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood including UX, engineering, technical writers, and more. • Collaborate with customers, sales, solution engineering, and internal stakeholders to ensure our products meet current customer needs. • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans. Be the champion of your solution. • Engage with sales and prospects to help close opportunities and position the offering effectively. • Ensure successful product adoption by monitoring product performance against key metrics. Adjust tactics/strategy when necessary.
