• Lead technical discovery calls to understand the prospect's AI/ML architecture, use cases, and requirements. • Develop expertise in OpenRouter’s products and solutions, and how they can be leveraged to solve business problems. • Assess technical fit, including API integration, model requirements, data residency needs, and compliance requirements. • Design and deliver customized product demonstrations showcasing OpenRouter's capabilities for prospects’ specific use cases. • Create demos to showcase OpenRouter and manage proof-of-concept environments. • Partner with AEs throughout the sales cycle from discovery through close. Respond to proposals and technical questions from customers. Present at customer meetings, QBRs, and executive briefings. • Address technical objections and competitive positioning and support contract negotiations on technical terms, SLAs, and implementation timelines. • Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams on feature requests, competitive gaps, and market requirements. Contribute to product roadmap prioritization based on customer needs. • Stay current on AI/ML trends and competitive landscape.

• Client-facing functional lead supporting kick-off and leading functional requirements discussions. • Working with the client to capture payroll configuration information required to finalize Strada Pay workbooks. • Identify deviations from Strada Pay standards (product & processes). • Working closely with Strada’s Product team to complete the configuration of the payroll solution. • Validate payroll solution & integrations as part of the project testing cycles. • Perform data validations in the payroll system. • Coordinate defect resolution with relevant teams. • Knowledge transfer to ongoing application services for payroll solution maintenance. • Support data mapping and data validations across all systems and issue resolutions. • Support integration issues resolution. • Support UAT and parallel testing. • Support data validations across all systems and issue resolutions. • Responsible for workaround definitions and resolutions. • Support and oversee knowledge transfer to Delivery and Operational Payroll teams.

• Manage all aspects of the ControlCheck & PrivacyPro implementation projects; including the project kick off, software configuration, go live and training while maintaining project timelines. • Act as the main point of contact for customers before they go live and own all communications with the customer including weekly check in meetings via Zoom, ad hoc meetings, emails, etc. • Manage multiple implementation projects, with various priorities and deadlines at once for different customers. • Work as a consultative partner with your customers to provide guidance on best configuration practices based on their workflows and internal processes. • Act as a liaison between the customer’s IT group and our internal Data Analysts, Product and Dev teams to facilitate the technical configuration of the software. • Maintain up to date project plans, tickets and other project documentation to ensure project timelines are on track and visible to leadership. • Work closely with the product team and other internal teams to provide customer feedback which will help define future enhancements to our products
