Role Description We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to support and maintain our Data Warehouse (DWH) infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring database stability, performance, and reliability, handling user requests, and resolving incidents in collaboration with engineering and analytics teams. The role is fully remote, with occasional business trips if required. Key Responsibilities - Handle and resolve requests related to DWH databases. - Collaborate with specialists from other teams to address interdependent issues and support requests. - Participate in the incident management process, including troubleshooting and escalation. - Respond to tickets from Level 1 Support regarding DBMS performance and analyze complex cases. - Manage access rights and process requests from development teams (creating jobs, schemas, databases, updating DBMS versions, configuring new servers, etc.). - Provide consultations and assist in analyzing simple SQL scripts and data issues. - Ensure the stability, performance, and fault tolerance of production DWH systems. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience administering PostgreSQL servers. - Strong knowledge of PL/pgSQL; ability to write stored procedures, functions, and triggers. - Experience designing and maintaining high-load systems. - Familiarity with high-load clusters using logical replication. - Ability to read and optimize query execution plans. - Confident skills in managing Linux-based systems (Ubuntu, CentOS). - Fluent Russian; English at B1+ level (comfortable with technical documentation). Nice to Have - Experience with database migration management tools (Git + Sqitch). - Experience working with Docker. - Skills in administering Microsoft SQL Server. Role Description The CRM and Data Administrator is the organizational owner of how data serves CVM’s mission. This role leads the strategy, development, and day-to-day implementation of CVM’s CRM (currently Site Stacker) and its integration with marketing, fundraising, mobilization, volunteer engagement, financial, and web platforms.
