Job Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Senior SQL Server DBA in production environments.
  • Deep expertise in: SQL Server internals, T-SQL development, Performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Strong automation and scripting skills (PowerShell essential).
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for database and platform changes.
  • Proven experience operating high-availability and disaster-recovery SQL solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server and underlying infrastructure.
  • Relevant experience valued over formal education.

The Position The CRM and Data Administrator is the organizational owner of how data serves CVM’s mission. This role leads the strategy, development, and day-to-day implementation of CVM’s CRM (currently Site Stacker) and its integration with marketing, fundraising, mobilization, volunteer engagement, financial, and web platforms. Description The Database Administrator (DBA) will serve as the primary database administrator responsible for managing, securing, optimizing, and maintaining the organization’s SQL Server database systems across Azure cloud environments.
