Vice President, Brand Strategy and Marketing

• Oversee a collection of digital-first brands- Caesars Sportsbook®, Caesars Palace Online Casino®, William Hill®, World Series of Poker®, Horseshoe Online Casino®, and Tropicana Online®. • Build and maintain clear brand foundations: positioning, visual identity, voice, and enduring creative platforms. • Translate business strategy into culturally relevant, insight-led marketing initiatives that drive affinity, engagement, and commercial results. • Build annual strategic marketing plans in partnership with business and creative leaders. • Develop sharp, insight-driven briefs that clearly articulate the challenge and spark world-class creative thinking. • Lead internal teams and agencies to deliver powerful, full funnel content across paid, owned, and earned channels. • Ensure the brand’s ethos is consistently expressed across every guest touchpoint. • Guide creatives and producers to think boldly and move with speed while reinforcing excellence, collaboration, and accountability. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure unified storytelling across all consumer touch points. • Turn major cultural and brand-owned moments into opportunities for breakthrough storytelling and commercial success. • Create partnerships with tastemakers, entertainers, athletes, and creators who can amplify relevance and expand reach.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of senior marketing leadership with a track record of revitalizing heritage brands and building culture-driving campaigns, activations, and partnerships.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking and creative excellence.
- Proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling opportunities and inspiring briefs.
- A natural storyteller who communicates ideas with clarity, precision, and energy.
- A leader who elevates creative work through thoughtful, motivating feedback.
- Ability to operate seamlessly between high-level brand vision and hands-on execution.
