Reporting to the Brand Director, you'll manage the day-to-day of integrated campaigns, own key partnership relationships, and ensure our brand shows up consistently and compellingly at every touchpoint. What You'll Do Campaign Management & Execution - Lead end-to-end project management for integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, experiential, and retail channels - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand strategy - Develop and maintain campaign calendars, tracking deliverables and performance against KPIs - Monitor campaign results and provide actionable insights for optimization Partnership & Agency Management - Serve as primary day-to-day contact for agency partners, vendors, and external collaborators - Manage agency briefs, timelines, and deliverables - ensuring output aligns with brand standards - Identify, vet, and negotiate partnerships that expand brand reach and drive affinity - Track partnership performance and ROI, making recommendations on continuation or optimization Brand Stewardship & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as brand guardian across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone - Partner with product marketing, creative, DTC, and performance teams to align campaigns with business objectives - Collaborate with Shenzhen-based colleagues across time zones to ensure brand campaigns align with product roadmap and technical capabilities - Support product launch planning and execution in collaboration with product marketing - Manage brand marketing budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring efficient resource allocation Who You Are - You have 6+ years of brand marketing experience, with strong preference for DTC brands - You've successfully managed integrated campaigns and can point to measurable results - You're an exceptional project manager who thrives in fast-paced, lean-team environments - You have agency management experience and strong communication skills - You're comfortable working across time zones and cultures, preferably with experience collaborating effectively on international teams - You're data-informed, aesthetically sharp, and love pets Requirements - Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred - 6+ years of brand marketing or integrated marketing experience - Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and agency partnerships - Proficiency with productivity and management tools - Remote position; West Coast candidates preferred for alignment with leadership team. About the role: The Sr Regional Visual Manager, South Central and Carolinas ensures consistent execution of Tailored Brand Store initiatives specific to visual merchandising direction within their portfolio of stores. The Regional Visual Manager (RVM) will maximize visual productivity, profitability, operational excellence, and compliance with company procedures to create the highest quality in-store brand experience. They will establish clear and compelling direction and coach store teams to be customer-ready, merchandised per visual direction and up to brand standards every day. They are the primary contact and responsible for 6-14 districts within a zone to ensure consistent visual presentation and communication within their portfolio of stores. This role reports to the Zone Visual Manager and must be based in one of the following: Nashville, Cincinnati or Raleigh.
