Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Order to Cash, including 5+ years with S/4HANA. - Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SD areas: sales order management, pricing/taxation, contracts, billing, returns, credit/debit processing, delivery scheduling, ATP, intercompany/third-party scenarios, MTO/STO, logistics execution, and EDI/IDoc processing. - Strong knowledge of SAP SD and Commerce Cloud integrations, ensuring reliable orchestration of order capture, pricing, availability, and customer data across platforms. - Broad experience integrating SAP modules, including EDI, IDocs, and cross-functional workflows. - Preferred experience in pharmaceutical distribution, life sciences, or regulated industries. - Familiarity with SAP SD integrations with PTP, FICO, Vistex, and EWM is a plus. - Prior experience supporting large-scale implementations, migrations, or enterprise transformation programs. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in business terms. - Ability to mentor teams and champion continuous improvement and standardization practices.
