Associate Director – Communities Client Services
Escalent
• Lead client relationships and multidisciplinary teams to deliver breakthrough insights and strategic impact. • Coach teams, grow accounts, and model the best of what C Space offers clients. • Conduct in-depth research (and coach others to conduct research) to uncover answers to client problems. • Write and/or review persuasive reports and deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in market research (qualitative and quantitative) and consumer insights
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
- Familiarity with a range of qualitative methodologies as well as with survey writing; experience with Qualtrics is desirable.
- Ability to define and deliver recommendations to clients on how to apply customer-inspired growth.

Be able to train these to Client Service Specialists and other EPIC RPS team members as needed. • Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that recordkeeping items are maintained for all assigned plans. • Monitor and manage client requests, and internal reports for required task completion. • Perform other duties as assigned.
