Associate Director – Communities Client Services

• Lead client relationships and multidisciplinary teams to deliver breakthrough insights and strategic impact. • Coach teams, grow accounts, and model the best of what C Space offers clients. • Conduct in-depth research (and coach others to conduct research) to uncover answers to client problems. • Write and/or review persuasive reports and deliverables.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in market research (qualitative and quantitative) and consumer insights
  • Experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
  • Familiarity with a range of qualitative methodologies as well as with survey writing; experience with Qualtrics is desirable.
  • Ability to define and deliver recommendations to clients on how to apply customer-inspired growth.
