• Provide high quality customer service for CAM clients regarding account inquiries that are primarily initiated by the client and transaction processing. • Accept and transact orders for which you are properly registered. • Establish, maintain and execute all administrative tasks on CAM to ensure they remain compliant by working with Operations and our internal compliance department. • May entail proactive client outreach for maintenance of accounts. • Other duties as assigned.
Role Description Responsible for complete administration of combo plan designs DB & DC including reporting, compliance testing and 5500 preparation. Keeps informed of new developments, policies, and legislation concerning qualified retirement Plans in order to proactively advise assigned Plan Sponsors. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience in qualified plan compliance or plan administration services or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience with DB or ESOP administration is preferred. - ASPPA QKA or similar industry credential(s) preferred. Requirements - Ability to use research tools to obtain knowledge of and apply current regulations. - Ability to read and interpret plan documents, procedure manuals and basic workflow software. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Ability to develop application software skills provided by internal training, within a reasonable period of time as determined by the Manager. Applications may include ASC Compliance & DGEM 5500s, Adobe, Schwab Retirement Technologies "SRT" (among other applications). - Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Tasks Performed - 30% Own administration of assigned DB/CB, ESOP, and other DC retirement plans, ensuring compliance with plan provisions (including paired/combined plans) and applicable pension laws. Monitor and communicate plan cash activity, participant data changes, recordkeeping, and census data. Review trust statements and required data for actuarial valuations. Prepare annual allocation reports and participant statements for paired DC plans. Review and deliver actuarial valuation reports, disclosures, testing results, and participant statements to Plan Sponsors. - 15% Assist with preparation of and/or review annual compliance testing result packages to be delivered to clients/sponsors. - 20% Prepare and/or review annual government reporting including Form 5500, appropriate Schedules, Form 8955-SSA or Form 5558. Track and verify need for Form 1099R with Paying Agent/Vendor Partners. Deliver and track PBGC Premium Filings and provide support with completion of filings of all types. Monitor plans for RMD and other required activities and funding deadlines. - 30% Provide exceptional customer service for the book of Defined Benefit, ESOP and Combo Plan assigned through proactive communications with financial institutions, Advisors, and/or Plan Sponsors. - 5% Perform other duties as assigned. • Deliver client service for recordkeeping, administration and servicing of assigned book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of client satisfaction. • Proactively ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions and current pension laws and regulations. • Discuss the compliance testing process/results and all required government filings. • Ensure that all services are delivered within documented service standards through timely communication with clients, plan sponsors, advisors, internal teams and day to day contacts. • Daily report monitoring and management, document pertinent client communication and provide internal and external project management support. • Effectively communicate with all technical and support teams to ensure that recordkeeping items are maintained for all assigned plans, including coordination of all plan amendments.
• Develop new dealer relationships and maximize business from existing dealer relationships through effective on-site dealer visits and management of the dealer account relationship for all dealer finance issues. • Generate indirect lending business from Automobile dealers in the approved market areas. • Develop, maintain, and execute a detailed business development plan to meet and exceed the region’s market share, credit quality, and origination objectives through the acquisition and retention of profitable dealer clients. • Train dealership F&I and back office personnel to assure quality applications and loan documentation are received. • Complete dealer contact reports promptly and keep management informed about changes in the dealer community. • Update management and other team members regarding any pertinent dealer risk issues. • Must be a team player, working with various constituencies to reach sales goals. • Exhibit Consultative Selling Behaviors. • Provide backup underwriting support as needed.

• Responsible for the delivery of exemplary service to our clients, plan sponsors, and their retirement plan participants within the call center. • Explanation of retirement plan provisions, our technology offering, and interaction with the Service Team to ensure resolution of any complaints or concerns from our client base. • Actively field calls from our client base through the Participant Service center phone line. • Provide support on products and services offered. • Identify, research, document when necessary, and resolution to participant questions or concerns requiring follow up. • Identify and escalate issues affecting the EPIC RPS client base to the Manager of the Participant Service Center as needed.

• Deliver client service for daily record-keeping, administration and servicing of assigned his/her book of business to promote revenue growth, productivity and exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. • Work with major accounts and high-profile clients using your discretion to determine how specific situations should be addressed to ensure client expectations are appropriately met. • Ensure plans are administered in compliance with plan provisions, current pension laws and regulations. • Ensure that all services are delivered within EPIC RPS' documented service standards through timely communication with Clients, Plan Sponsors and Advisors. • Discuss the compliance testing process, testing results and all required government filings; including consulting with clients/advisors on plan design options to meet the desired retirement plan benefit outcomes. • Be a resource for other team members on complex research items. • Assist Team Leads in the development of processes and implementation of best practices to ensure compliance to EPIC RPS standards of service. • Demonstrate knowledge of available EPIC RPS custody solutions and trading methods. Be able to train these to Client Service Specialists and other EPIC RPS team members as needed. • Effectively communicate with all operational teams to ensure that recordkeeping items are maintained for all assigned plans. • Monitor and manage client requests, and internal reports for required task completion. • Perform other duties as assigned.
