Senior Product Manager
UMB AG
• Responsible for the development and management of defined Managed Services (e.g., Cloud, Workplace, Security, Network, Infrastructure) • Create and present a business case to senior management based on all market data • Regular status alignment and, where necessary, solution support with the technical development team • Define product positioning, market messaging, and sales arguments for target segments • Develop and communicate a company-wide go-to-market plan and monitor its execution • Support and challenge the Product Owner to ensure the best solutions for our customers
Job Requirements
- Broad technological knowledge in IT, preferably with experience at a Managed Service Provider
- A degree in Business Informatics (University of Applied Sciences) or extensive relevant professional experience combined with technical and personal further training in the areas mentioned above
- Strong customer orientation and sense of responsibility, with the motivation to contribute profitably to UMB's further development
- Solid knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Certifications in Product Management and ITIL are desirable
