Senior Manager – RCM – Coding Operations
US Anesthesia Partners
• Overseeing all post-coding edits and denial management. • Supporting Athena IDX and back-end coding workflows. • Ensuring timely, compliant resolution in accordance with professional anesthesia coding standards. • Providing direct leadership to coding staff, including daily operations, training, and supervision of back-end revenue cycle functions. • Managing the coding revenue cycle across all regions. • Partnering closely with cross-functional RCM teams and senior leaders to provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on coding edits and denials. • Driving operational excellence and revenue integrity across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent commensurate professional experience required.
- 4+ years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology tools.
- Knowledgeable of drives of revenue cycle optimal performance and able to investigate and resolve complex claims and reimbursement challenges.
- Independent thinker with proven ability to perform detailed analysis, make decisions and provide recommendations to leadership using data.
- Enjoy working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, virtual environment.
- Customer service and/or account management experience preferred.
- Experience in edits and denials management within an anesthesia billing environment required.
- Professional coding certification (I.e., CPC, CCS-P) required.

• The primary objective of a Director of Conservation Operations (DCO) is to deliver the NWTF’s mission at the region, state and local level via landscape-scale conservation delivery. • This is accomplished by working in partnership with other NWTF staff, NWTF volunteers and chapters, state and federal agencies and corporate partners. • The work of the Director of Conservation Operations should result in improved investment of NWTF funds through quality program & project development and selection, along with assisting with the development of funding support. • In addition, it is imperative the DCO is familiar with regional conservation priorities and develop a work plan accordingly. • Directors of Conservation Operations supervise district biologists and other staff in their respective regions. • They may also supervise term-limited wildlife biologists and foresters as needed. • They help develop annual work plans and monitor progress through regular check-ins and annual evaluations for all staff under their direct supervision. • The DCO plays an active role in mentoring and training field staff, answering programmatic and procedural questions, and reviewing and analyzing accomplishment reports to ensure each direct report represents the NWTF in a knowledgeable and professional manner. • Additionally, the DCO serves as the lead for state policy work within their respective Region and serve to link the Region to the National level on state policy matters.
• Responsible for establishing, streamlining, and managing processes, procedures and programs related to escrow operations and support functions. • Manage and lead teams who perform a wide range of duties related to escrow operations. • Manage processes and policies. • Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met. • Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. • Typically manages production roles but may act as a functional manager with no direct reports. • May have some administrative management duties; does not have Branch Management oversight. • May support residential and/or commercial transactions. • Provides input to operational plans and works with Senior Management to ensure that plans are integrated with broader strategies. • Acts as a liaison with Escrow/Branch managers and leaders of other functions/operations/business units and provides feedback and resolution on escalated issues, process issues/changes and results. • Coordinate and monitor efforts between groups. • Represents escrow’s involvement with changes to processes. • In smaller operations, may be a hybrid role with Escrow and Title staff members reporting in. • Writes and conducts employee performance reviews and provides ongoing performance feedback through coaching. • Identifies training needs for subordinates. • Makes hiring and compensation recommendations. • May get input from management.
