• Responsible for volunteer recruitment and communication • Organizing and servicing all NWTF committees and fundraising events/activities within the assigned region • Responsible for solidifying and growing new fundraising opportunities through volunteer recruitment • Ensures compliance with NWTF established operating and reporting procedures • Maintaining accurate volunteer and chapter contact information • Communicates with their DFO, National Headquarters staff, Regional NWTF Conservation staff, Director of Development staff, State Policy staff, Local Chapter volunteers and leaders, and State Board of Directors • Works with State Chapter President, state agencies, and other NWTF staff to develop a strong State Chapter and State Super Fund • Acts as a representative of the company to promote NWTF, its mission, and initiatives o Promote NWTF to members, communities, social media, and other organizations • Complete and submit all required documents, expenses, and reports in a timely manner • Complete and submit event evaluations within 5 days of the event • Produce Year over Year growth for event net revenue • Secure, safeguard and maintain NWTF equipment and property manage inventory • Ensure timely and professional communication with Volunteers, Members, Prospects, Peers, Supervisors, and Headquarters personnel • Attend annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings and training opportunities • Performs other related duties as assigned

• Responsible for solidifying and growing new fundraising opportunities, through volunteer recruitment and personal leadership within the territory assigned. • Ensures compliance with NWTF established operating and reporting procedures for activities within their region and their personal scope of business. • Responsible for maintaining accurate volunteer and chapter contact information in NWTF data base. • Communicates with their DFO, National Headquarters staff, Regional NWTF Conservation staff, Director of Development staff, State Policy staff, Local Chapter volunteers and leaders, and State Board of Directors on a regular basis. • Works with State Chapter President, state agencies, and other NWTF staff to develop a strong State Chapter and State Super Fund to ensure effective partnerships for NWTF mission delivery within the state(s). • Acts as a representative of the company to promote NWTF, its mission, and initiatives to NWTF members, within local communities, social media, and other organizations. • Complete and submit all required documents, expenses, and reports in a timely manner. • Complete and submit event evaluations within 5 days of event. • Produce Year over Year growth for event net revenue, to include adult membership, new chapter development and maintain an event net efficiency min of 50%. • Secure, safeguard and maintain NWTF equipment and property manage inventory. • Ensures timely and professional communication with Volunteers, Members, Prospects, Peers, Supervisors, and Headquarters personnel. • Ensure to project and maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times. • Is responsible to their respective DFO for their goals and objectives including, but not limited to, annual budgeted fundraising and controllable expense levels. • Is responsible for maintaining and growing a diverse portfolio of fundraising activities in the region including, but not limited to, one annual fund-raising event per chapter which nets a minimum of 5,000 and signs up a minimum of 50 adult members, virtual fundraising events, and Upper Level membership commitments. • Attend annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings and training opportunities, as necessary. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Works closely with the Director of Membership on the development and execution of national direct fundraising programs, membership acquisition, membership engagement and retention campaigns • Develops and maintains expert knowledge of the department’s membership acquisition, engagement and retention efforts. • Plans and executes renewal and retention strategy for memberships. • Collaborates with DOM on design, development and execution of membership marketing campaigns to acquire and retain NWTF members. • Executes national membership fundraisers, i.e. sweepstakes, etc. • Manages firearm frenzies or similar promotions from execution to completion. • Initiates and formats formal agreements in Doc 365 for national membership fundraisers. • Develops and maintains a tracking system for national membership fundraiser prizes to ensure delivery to NWTF or to the recipient. • Develops and maintains systems for tracking results of department activities and helps evaluate the effectiveness of membership marketing strategies. • Serves as a liaison for the department to internal and external personnel who collect, fulfill and maintain member and prospect data. • Focuses on meeting membership growth targets. • Monitors and tracks budgets for membership marketing campaigns, as needed. • Monitors the effectiveness of membership marketing campaigns. • Identifies new membership marketing and revenue enhancement opportunities. • Identifies synergies to promote better integration of membership marketing activities across all NWTF departments and program areas. • Handles departmental administrative responsibilities and special projects as needed (may include financial and shipping requests). • Works with Director of Membership to fulfill regional staff requests or coordination and execution of membership acquisition, fundraising and special events. • Tracks program metrics such as conversion rates that measure each promotion’s effectiveness and return on investment. • Provides an accurate recipient list for all magazine mailings, all renewal efforts (digital or mail), all welcome membership cards, segmented audiences for acquisition to a third party, and various membership efforts. • Creates and monitors membership campaigns, as needed, for various membership and/or fundraising efforts through MMS and MMS 2.0. • Regularly performs an inventory audit between Wolff reports and the NWTF inventory system. • Writes Purchase orders for DOM to approve for incentive products. • Convention duties to include but not limited to: Develop and plan activities for the membership booth under Director of Membership’s guidance. Manage and oversee all aspects of the membership booth, including but not limited to submitting graphic requests, ensures booth is staffed, and makes sure equipment and supplies are available. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Attend annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings, offsite membership activations, and training opportunities, as necessary, which includes overnight travel.

• The primary objective of a Director of Conservation Operations (DCO) is to deliver the NWTF’s mission at the region, state and local level via landscape-scale conservation delivery. • This is accomplished by working in partnership with other NWTF staff, NWTF volunteers and chapters, state and federal agencies and corporate partners. • The work of the Director of Conservation Operations should result in improved investment of NWTF funds through quality program & project development and selection, along with assisting with the development of funding support. • In addition, it is imperative the DCO is familiar with regional conservation priorities and develop a work plan accordingly. • Directors of Conservation Operations supervise district biologists and other staff in their respective regions. • They may also supervise term-limited wildlife biologists and foresters as needed. • They help develop annual work plans and monitor progress through regular check-ins and annual evaluations for all staff under their direct supervision. • The DCO plays an active role in mentoring and training field staff, answering programmatic and procedural questions, and reviewing and analyzing accomplishment reports to ensure each direct report represents the NWTF in a knowledgeable and professional manner. • Additionally, the DCO serves as the lead for state policy work within their respective Region and serve to link the Region to the National level on state policy matters.
