Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Director, Implementation Success to join our Perioperative Care Coordination (PCC) Delivery team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in leading complex technical and clinical implementations to ensure client implementations are delivered at the highest level of quality. You’ll work cross-functionally with client executives, product, engineering, sales, and R&D to shape solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact role that will influence our PCC Strategy, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company’s growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities - Build and lead an exceptionally strong implementation team through effective leadership, radical candor, and strategic resource allocation and forecasting. - Develop a deep understanding of Pre-Anesthesia and Pre-Surgical workflows to identify high-leverage opportunities that drive meaningful ROI improvement. - Collaborate closely with client PAT teams and internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to define the most efficient path to ROI and ensuring our implementations successfully deliver ROI quickly. - Own the design, execution, and optimization of highly complex and innovative technical implementations to support client-guided goals and a standardized ROI methodology. - Represent Qventus in executive client meetings and steering committees, providing an executive presence that ensures we engage with clients and executive stakeholders to achieve referenceability through successful delivery, validate concepts, and gather feedback. - Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight. - Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across sales planning, Client IT teams, EMR workflows, clinical workflow best practices, and product roadmapping. - Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company goals. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in owning a functional implementation team including strategic accountability. - Proven track record in process excellence, product collaboration, enabling ROI, obtaining client references, executive management, and people/team development and management. - Proven ability to design repeatable, scalable implementation models that reduce time-to-value while preserving customer trust. - Experience reducing time-to-value through standardization, automation, and clear implementation tiers. - Proven ability to balance configurability vs. standardization in complex healthcare environments. - Experience leading organizational change in clinical or operational healthcare settings. - Deep domain knowledge in healthcare IT interfacing with hospital EMRs. - Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. - A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail. - Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems.
