Role Description This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will be instrumental to Quandri's 2026 strategy and beyond. The Director of Partnerships will build and scale our channel partnership ecosystem from the ground up, driving distribution and enabling one-to-many sales that accelerate our growth trajectory. This role reports directly to our Co-Founder and CEO, giving you a seat at the table for strategic company decisions. You'll own two critical partnership domains: - Channel partnerships (primary focus): building scalable distribution channels that enable one-to-many sales through agency networks, clusters, aggregators and other distribution partners. - Ecosystem partnerships (opportunistic): identifying and capturing strategic opportunities across the insurance value chain with technology vendors, private equity groups, statewide associations, and other key industry stakeholders. This is a 0-to-1 role requiring someone who can define partnership strategy, establish processes, sell and execute with urgency in the insurance technology landscape. You'll navigate complex stakeholder relationships, negotiate win-win agreements, and serve as the face of Quandri to critical external partners. What you'll do: - Build the partnerships function and strategy. - Create a multi-year partnership strategy with clear milestones tied to commercial and strategic value. - Establish processes, playbooks, and infrastructure that can scale from single digits to dozens of partners. - Drive channel partnerships and revenue. - Build and scale partnerships with national and regional agency networks, clusters, and aggregators. - Own the full deal cycle from prospecting through closure. - Design scalable one-to-many distribution models and partner enablement programs. - Work with sales organization to drive continued revenue acceleration through channel partnerships once they are online. - Expand the ecosystem. - Build strategic relationships with technology vendors, private equity groups, industry associations, MGAs, carriers, and other key insurance stakeholders. - Track partnership performance with clear metrics. - Inform company strategy. - Bring external market intelligence and partner insights back to shape company strategy and product decisions. - Drive cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to ensure partnerships deliver value across the organization. Qualifications - 4+ years building channel partnerships that drove significant revenue. - Structured partner programs, enabled partner sales teams, and built one-to-many sales models from 0-to-1 or early-stage scaling. - Deep US insurance industry expertise and relationships. - Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Ownership mentality. Requirements - Direct experience in the US insurance industry, understanding how agencies, MGAs, and carriers operate. - High emotional intelligence, skilled negotiator, able to navigate complex dynamics. - Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, make decisions with imperfect information. - Bonus points if you have operated in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment before.
