Role Description Enquanto Coach és responsável por acompanhar individualmente os alunos do Life MBA, ajudando-os a ultrapassar os seus desafios e a atingir os seus objetivos pessoais e profissionais. Na prática, vais acompanhar cerca de 60 alunos durante o programa, facilitando 6 sessões individuais por dia. Para além disto, esperamos também que contribuas com as tuas ideias e aprendizagens para continuamente inovarmos e melhorarmos a forma como acompanhamos os nossos alunos. Durante a tua jornada vais ter o acompanhamento de uma Team Leader e o apoio de uma Equipa, que em check-ins regulares te vão ajudar a ultrapassar os teus desafios e a melhorar os teus resultados. Responsibilities - Facilitar 6 sessões de coaching por dia, em videochamada - Preencher as suas métricas e gravar as suas videochamadas diariamente, para posterior análise e feedback de melhoria - Estar presente e ativo nos check-ins diários, semanais e 1x1 - Trabalhar com o seu Team Leader e restantes Seeker Coaches na melhoria contínua de jornadas, processos e scripts de coaching Qualifications - Experiência em sessões individuais de coaching - Forte capacidade de conexão emocional e escuta ativa - Habilidade para ajudar a definir objetivos e ultrapassar bloqueios - Boa comunicação e gestão de tempo - Autonomia, responsabilidade e abertura a feedback - Fluência em português - Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas digitais Requirements - Horário de trabalho das 9h às 18h - 100% trabalho remoto (com possibilidade de trabalhar de qualquer lugar) - Momentos de equipa Seekers para conexão e inspiração - Feedback contínuo e plano de evolução personalizado Application Se te identificas com este desafio e queres fazer parte da nossa equipa, candidata-te agora!

  • Fluência em português
