• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and responsiveness. • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans for the delivery and support teams. • Monitor active placements and project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations. • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services within existing accounts. • Assist with onboarding new clients and building strong initial relationships. • Track and report on client metrics, satisfaction, and retention. • Contribute to improving account management systems and processes.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, client success, or business development roles—experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred.
- Background working in or with a law firm or similar structured organization is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in remote environments with distributed teams.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, project management platforms, and productivity software (e.g. HubSpot, Trello, Slack, etc.).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
