• Own growth strategy & targets: Define KPIs and user/business growth goals for our trading product, Convert; build and execute the roadmap to hit them. • Drive performance through data: Monitor core dashboards daily/weekly/monthly; identify opportunities, gaps, and risks; translate insights into action plans and measurable experiments. • Plan and run growth initiatives: Design promotions, campaigns, and lifecycle programs to acquire and retain users; coordinate execution with Marketing and regional teams. • Partner on product optimization: Work with Product Managers and engineers to improve existing flows and launch new features; use competitor research, user feedback, and data to prioritize impact. • Own day-to-day business operations: Ensure smooth execution across stakeholders and maintain high-quality delivery from planning to post-launch review. • Customer-first mindset: Stay highly focused on user satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in growth, business operations, or growth marketing in retail-facing fintech, trading, or internet products (trading/brokerage experience is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of financial products and trading basics; crypto/crypto exchange knowledge preferred.
- Highly data-driven: comfortable owning metrics and running structured experiments; proficient in Excel + SQL (and able to partner effectively with analysts).
- Strong product and business sense with the ability to influence priorities and drive cross-functional execution.
- Creative and hands-on in designing promotions, content/event initiatives, and new growth levers.
- Ownership mindset, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management; prior product/business ownership is a bonus.

Summary: The Senior Site Acquisition Specialist MUST be located in/or around Atlanta, Georiga. Essential Functions: - Prepare candidate information reports detailing leasing, permitting, and land use viability for potential wireless communication sites. - Negotiate leases and easements with property owners to secure land rights for wireless communication installations. - Draft and proof recordable transaction documents, including leases, easements, and other legal documents, for review by the legal department. - Review title reports to identify ownership, encumbrances, easements, and other relevant factors, and provide recommendations regarding the viability of the leasing opportunity. - Interview zoning and permitting personnel to gather jurisdictional approval requirements for the installation of wireless communication facilities and related equipment. - Supervise or direct external vendor partners, such as environmental engineers, architectural & engineering firms, title search firms, and other professionals to ensure that transactions close within defined timeframes. - Prepare and submit zoning and permitting applications, tracking their progress and ensuring that they meet all local regulatory requirements. - Monitor application progress and assist with any jurisdictional requests for additional information or documentation during the review process. - Manage the collocation application process, guiding it through the Notice to Proceed (NTP) phase. - Represent the company at meetings with landlords, jurisdictions, homeowners’ associations (HOA), design review boards, and neighborhood groups to address concerns and ensure compliance with requirements. - Verify and obtain Enhanced 911 addressing, ensuring that all relevant addresses meet regulatory standards. - Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned, based on company needs or project scope. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws while carrying out all responsibilities.
