Director of Operational Growth
Destination Pet, LLC
• Build and own the growth playbook for a two-sided marketplace focused on the supply side - including core metrics, KPIs, and execution rhythms. • Define and execute growth hacking and tactics to drive bookings and revenue acceleration and report on your progress. • Translate growth strategy into quarterly plans, OKRs, and prioritized roadmaps. • Be an instrumental player in generating supply in the 20 new launch markets we’re expanding to in 2026. • Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive growth across: Provider acquisition, onboarding, utilization, quality, and retention Marketplace balance, liquidity, and local density. • Design and lead a structured experimentation program, increasing test velocity and ensuring learnings are scaled. • Own growth reporting and analytics, delivering clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership. • Support pricing, incentives, promotions, and provider programs with strong measurement discipline. • Improve end-to-end provider journeys through funnel analysis and cross-functional execution. • Build scalable processes, tools, and documentation as the business grows.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Growth, Analytics, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience scaling B2C two-sided marketplaces and/or e-commerce businesses.
- Strong background in startup or early-stage / entrepreneurial environments.
- Comfortable with an “all hands on deck” and startup mentality – no task is too difficult or too easy for you to take on individually.
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working directly with data to drive decisions.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to impact.
- Clear, confident communicator who can align teams and influence senior stakeholders.

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Evio Access product portfolio, including pipeline development, prospect prioritization, and opportunity development • Lead design of creative deal structures with pharma for medications that Evio payer customers are seeking access to, focusing on value-based agreements and direct purchase models (non-rebate arrangements) • Refine Evio Access offerings based on market and payer/pharma feedback, identifying solution gaps and informing product roadmap • Manage deal cycle from origination to closure, incorporating input from various cross-functional teams, including legal and operations • Serve as a key external representative for Evio Access at industry meetings, conferences, and with pharma and payer customers, including some live and virtual Evio board interactions • Create and drive ideas and activity relentlessly and independently, embracing the adventure of our ever-changing environment • Partner with and mentor 2-3 internal commercial teammates, ensuring execution discipline and deal progression • Be willing to travel up to 25% (with high variability) based on meeting requirements and business needs; however, significant amount of deal creation and negotiation can be done virtually
