Role Description We are seeking a highly structured Bilingual Premium Executive Assistant to support a U.S.-based executive in the mortgage and real estate finance sector. This role requires an operationally disciplined professional capable of managing confidential financial data in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. - Manage complex executive calendars, Zoom coordination, and meeting prioritization. - Speak directly with clients in English and Spanish to schedule financial evaluation meetings. - Handle confidential financial and compliance-related documentation with high discretion. - Maintain and update CRM systems and client tracking spreadsheets with high accuracy. - Prepare executive reports and documentation to support mortgage origination workflows. - Participate in weekly performance reviews and priority alignment meetings to track KPIs. Qualifications - Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting US clients. - Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with professional verbal and written fluency. - Prior experience in mortgage, banking, real estate, or financial services. - Expert proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word), Google Workspace, and CRM systems. - Proven ability to work proactively and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.
