Executive Assistant

Foundation

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Managed Care Officer, managing complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders. • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and documentation of meeting minutes and follow-up actions. • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests for meetings. • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review. • Compile, summarize, and analyze data to support executive reporting and decision-making. • Support special projects and initiatives within the Managed Care department. • Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations and proactively anticipate executive support needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of post–high school education (trade, business, or professional school).
  • 5+ years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Advanced organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting executives in healthcare, academic medical centers, or large complex organizations
