Role Description Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Client Accounts Supervisor (Supervisor, Trade Accounts) to join our team! The Supervisor, Trade Accounts provides support and/or leads the client acquisition and/or industry partnership opportunities and retention efforts for assigned business units. This includes the management of strategic industry relationships, implementation of service, and other sales-related initiatives for a variety of client and/or industry partner audiences—current, prospective, and consultant. - Successfully satisfies the needs of our industry partners through necessary account management and implementation support that results in significant market share and profitability. - Ensures on-time and quality completion of projects through collaboration with Patient Services, Clinical Services, Enhanced Services, and Trade teams. - Contributes to departmental goals of improved efficiency and capture of strategic client or partner opportunities through process improvement and competitive positioning. - May contribute to departmental employee recruiting, development, and retention objectives by supporting training, coaching, and succession planning. Responsibilities - Serve as a leader by setting clear team goals/monitoring goal progress and training/mentoring team members. - Lead a team of 3 or more Trade Client Services Coordinators. - Ensure daily work output/targets are met accurately and timely, escalating urgent matters appropriately. - Establish a credible image through business knowledge in presenting, selling, and implementing program-specific business solutions. - Develop materials for and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for strategic partner accounts. - Identify and support business needs of prospective customers during the implementation phase. - Provide program-specific solutions that will result in customer business improvement. - Cross sell bundled solutions by merging customer strategic objectives with those of Navitus Health Solutions. - Support management of relationships with Hub Vendors to ensure target goals of programs are met. - Effectively network and leverage relationships with pharmacy partners to drive results. - Act as a liaison for customers by recognizing and defining problems and encouraging alternative solutions. - Support proposal analysts by developing proposal content and repository based on strategic initiatives. - Daily oversight of the Trade Client Services Coordinator team for timely management of operational needs. - Support client acquisition and industry partnership opportunities by drafting original, creative, and persuasive responses to RFPs. - Proficiently understand and develop knowledge of target markets and trends. - Analyze, evaluate, and present financial impact of proposed opportunities to leadership. - Participate in the development of marketing strategies for the company’s operating divisions. - Support development of compelling marketing content and creative design efforts. - Contribute to improved efficiency and effectiveness, including capturing strategic client opportunities. - Establish and maintain analytic reports for invoicing clients and collaborate with finance to track payments. - Work cross-functionally with data and analytics team on required data extracts for manufacturer programs. - Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Share knowledge to build expertise in others. - Conduct periodic reviews with clients to understand overall performance of programs. - Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs. - Perform other duties as assigned.
